Permitted use

You must have the right and/or consent to upload the ultrasound.
Personal and non-medical use: do not use results for diagnosis or clinical decisions.
Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights.

Ownership of outputs

The generated result is delivered for your personal use. You may save and share it under your responsibility, respecting privacy and consent.

If you need commercial licenses or specific terms for clinics, write to hello@novariel.app.

Limitation of liability

Novariel does not provide medical services, diagnoses, or predictions.
The quality of the result depends on the quality of the input ultrasound.
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of suitability for medical purposes.

Applicable law

These terms are interpreted according to the regulations applicable to the entity responsible for the service.

In case of conflict, the jurisdiction that corresponds under those regulations will apply.
