• Providing the service: processing your ultrasound to generate a preview and, if you choose, the final result.
• For account access, you may use email and password or Google. If you choose Google, we process only the basic profile needed to identify your account (verified email, name, and image if Google provides them).
• Support: replying to questions and resolving issues.
• Operation and security: preventing abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

Legal bases: performance of the requested service, consent where applicable, and legitimate interest in security and operational continuity.

• Previews without a final image are automatically deleted within up to 24 hours.
• Final images that are created remain in your account so you can access them.
• You can request deletion of your images at any time.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and restriction of processing (ARSOPL) by contacting support.

Include the email address you used for the service and a clear description of what you need so we can verify your identity and process the request correctly.
